Qualifications
Minimum Required Education | Candidates for the position of Associate Provost for Student Affairs will have a Doctoral degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of post-degree experience directly related to higher education administration. |

Minimum Required Experience | 1. Experience in Student Affairs at a four-year college or university.2. Experience in budgeting, planning, assessment and career development in higher education student affairs administration;3. Exceptional track record as a leader who inspires. |

The Associate Provost will provide strong visionary leadership for directors and managers in Student Affairs to ensure the effective collaboration and integration of a wide range of student affairs programs and services to achieve student development and learning outcomes. 2. The Associate Provost will work with and represent the interest of a diverse student body (undergraduate and graduate) to ensure a mutually reinforcing relationship between the academic and non-academic life of students. |
