Data Integrity Specialist
The position of Data Integrity Specialist is funded 100% by Title III. The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of donor records in the donor database or a similar client management database system (Banner, Raiser’s Edge, e.g.). The incumbent will also enter a wide range of fundraising, demographic and biographic data into the database. The position will perform research, analysis, interpretation, and documentation in support of the constituent records. He/she works within the guidelines, policies and mission of the organization.
- Assist in implementing the Title III approved plan.
- Enter fundraising, demographic and biographic data
- Maintain database consistency through training and strict adherence to database standards
- Create simple data lists as needed
- Create simple giving reports and constituent profiles as requested
- Update addresses and phones within BANNER as they become available, and create monthly reports detailing this process to ensure benchmarks are met
- Create and maintain policy/procedures documents for Development Services, as well as participate in software implementations

Minimum Hiring Standards:
Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of education and professional equivalent work experience.
Years of Experience At least one year of experience in a development office, including demonstrated database management/report querying experience, utilizing web-based applications and other development databases as well as experience in data mining.
